Two body materials are offered. Solid brass (Hpb59A) is produced by gravity casting, then CNC machined to 0.01mm precision with 0.8μm surface roughness. Stainless steel is standard SUS304 (every batch mill-certified to Cr 18%+ / Ni 8%+ and ≥580 MPa tensile strength per GB/T), with SUS316 marine grade available as a custom option; stainless bodies are made by investment (lost-wax) casting, high-pressure hydroforming, deep drawing, and laser/TIG welding, with a minimum wall thickness of 1.5mm. Both material lines share the same in-house plating and assembly process.

Both are viable. Stainless steel (SUS304) is naturally lead-free, highly corrosion-resistant, and low-maintenance — suited to residential, commercial, healthcare, and coastal projects (SUS316 for marine/healthcare use). Solid brass (Hpb59A) remains the standard for mid-to-premium markets expecting traditional weight and finish depth. Because AIM's tooling is in-house, the same design can be produced in either material to test both tiers.
