Vessel Sink Faucet Manufacturer: Range, Specifications and OEM Supply

October 8, 2026

We are AIM Faucet, a vessel sink faucet manufacturer in Wenzhou, China. We build tall single-hole vessel faucets in solid brass — lead-free grade C69300 or standard grade Hpb59-1, whichever your market accepts — and we supply them to importers, brands, wholesalers and project buyers as OEM, ODM and wholesale programs. The five models below are our current high single-hole range, with the dimensions a specifier actually needs.

A vessel sink faucet most often fails for one reason: the water comes out at the wrong height or the wrong reach. A vessel bowl lifts its rim 80 to 180 mm above the deck. A standard basin faucet delivers its water below that rim. That is where splash complaints and returns begin, and it is the first thing we check with a buyer.

Our vessel sink faucet range

All vessel sink faucet dimensions below are measured from the deck surface. Spout reach is horizontal, from the center of the mounting hole to the center of the outlet. Projection is the total depth, rear of base to tip of spout. We quote reach on the hole-center datum: confirm the datum when you compare another supplier’s figure, because the difference can be 25 mm or more.

* Spout height minus 100 mm and minus 50 mm — the clearance rule below.

Tall single-hole vessel sink faucet models in chrome, including DG11811, DG13311, DG15511, DG16711 and DG20111

These five models cover bowls with a rim height of roughly 115 to 180 mm (4.5 to 7 in). Below 115 mm the bowl no longer needs a tall faucet — a standard basin faucet usually fits, and so does a wall-mounted basin faucet. Tell us the rim height and we will send the dimension drawing for whichever range suits it. Both ranges also come with their own dimensioned drawings, so an installer can set the rough-in before the counter is templated.

Request the dimension drawings and the spec sheet (PDF) — send us your bowl and we will return a drawing for each model that fits.

The one rule

The water outlet must clear the bowl rim by 50 to 100 mm (2 to 4 in).

That clearance is for the hand, for filling a glass or a vase, and for keeping the stream off the inside wall of the bowl.

Keep two numbers apart. This is the most common error in this category:

  • Spout height — deck to the water outlet. Specify on this number. It decides whether the water clears the bowl.
  • Overall height — deck to the top of the faucet. It decides whether the faucet fits under a mirror, a shelf or a wall cabinet.

In our range the two differ by 25 to 70 mm. A faucet sold as “290 mm tall” can have a 220 mm outlet.

Vessel sink faucet dimensions: rim height, spout height, overall height and reach

How tall should a vessel sink faucet be? Size it in 30 seconds

Measure the bowl rim height: from the surface the faucet stands on to the top edge of the bowl. Do not measure bowl depth — that is an inside dimension.

Bowl rim above deckSpout height you needOverall height
80–100 mm (3–4 in) — shallow bowl130–200 mm (5.1–7.9 in)180–250 mm (7.1–9.8 in)
100–150 mm (4–6 in) — standard round or oval150–250 mm (5.9–9.8 in)200–300 mm (7.9–11.8 in)
150–180 mm (6–7 in) — tall cylinder or square200–280 mm (7.9–11 in)250–330 mm (9.8–13 in)
180 mm+ (7 in+) — extra tall bowl230 mm+ (9 in+)use a wall-mounted faucet

Above a 180 mm rim a deck-mounted faucet has to be very tall, and it usually ends up reaching past the middle of the bowl. A wall-mounted basin faucet keeps the same comfortable height however deep the bowl is. We build wall-mounted basin faucets in single-hole and two-hole versions, DG509 and DG510 among them.

Reach: the number buyers overlook

Height and reach solve different problems. A faucet can be tall enough and still splash, because the stream lands on the rim or on the back wall of the bowl.

Measure two distances from the center of the mounting hole:

  • A — hole center to the near edge of the bowl rim
  • B — hole center to the center of the drain

Working range: A + 50 mm ≤ reach ≤ B. The low limit puts the outlet inside the bowl. The high limit stops the water from hitting the front wall. Example: a 400 mm bowl with the hole 40 mm behind the rim gives A = 40 mm and B = 240 mm, so you need a reach of 90 to 240 mm.

The outlet is angled from vertical on three of our five models: 11° on the DG15511, 6° on the DG16711 and 10° on the DG20111. The angle tilts the stream towards the drain, which helps when your reach figure sits near its low limit. On the DG11811 and DG13311 the outlet is fully vertical, so there the landing point is set by reach alone.

Mounting data: the same on all five models

  • Mounting hole — Ø33–35 mm, which fits the standard 35 mm (1⅜ in) hole
  • Thread — M32 × 1.5, fixed from below with a nut
  • Deck thickness — up to 40 mm
  • Supply — flexible hoses, 600 mm long, G1/2 connections
  • Base footprint — 42 to 48 mm, round or square

Before you order: leave room under the counter for the nut, the hose bend and the drain tailpiece, and watch deck thickness — thick stone tops can pass 40 mm.

One more: many vessel bowls have no overflow hole. A pop-up drain built for an overflowing sink will not seal in one. Decide before you finalize the package whether the drain ships with the faucet.

What we build with

  • Body, lead-free option — solid silicon brass, grade C69300 (CuZn21Si3P; EN equivalent CW724R). Lead 0.09 % maximum. This is the grade North America requires: US and Canadian rules cap wetted surfaces at a 0.25 % weighted average (NSF/ANSI 372). CW724R is also on the European positive lists for materials in contact with drinking water. Intrinsically dezincification-resistant.
  • Body, standard option — Hpb59-1 leaded brass, Pb 0.8 to 1.9 %, for markets that do not restrict lead in wetted surfaces. Europe is tightening: the European positive lists apply from 31 December 2026 and leaded brass is not on them. Tell us the destination market and we will quote the grade its rules accept.
  • Certificates — mill certificate available on request for either grade. We do not use zinc alloy anywhere in our range.
  • Cartridge — ceramic disc, Wanhai or Sedal (or the brand you specify), cycle-tested to 500,000 cycles. That is the North American benchmark; EN 817 asks for 70,000.
  • Finishes — Chrome, Matte Black, White, Gunmetal Gray, Polished Gold, Brushed Gold, Rose Gold, Titanium Gold, Brushed Nickel. All nine are standard for us. Each finish is effectively its own SKU, with its own minimum order quantity. The MOQ depends on the finish — ask us for the number.
  • Corrosion — tested to ISO 9227: 24 h acetic acid salt spray (ASS) and 200 h neutral salt spray (NSS). Results differ by finish, so ask for the report for the finish you intend to buy.
  • Design awards — Red Dot Design Award, Winner 2022. iF DESIGN AWARD 2026, Winner.

OEM, ODM and wholesale

  • OEM — we build your vessel faucet to your drawing, finish and brand. MOQ 300 to 3,000 pcs.
  • ODM — start from one of our designs. Handle and base changes usually use existing tooling and typically add no extra cost. Changing spout height, reach or outlet angle needs a new mold, so those carry a tooling fee. MOQ 50 to 300 pcs.

Both figures depend on the product type and on whether the finish is a PVD color.

Lead times. Sample order 7 to 15 days. Mold development 25 to 30 days. Standard production order 25 to 60 days. Order from stock 25 to 30 days.

How to evaluate a vessel sink faucet supplier

Ask for these six items before you place a project order. We hold all six for our own range.

  1. Construction proof — a material statement or section drawing confirming a solid brass body and naming the alloy grade, not a brass finish over another substrate.
  2. Dimensioned drawings — spout height, reach and base footprint for every model, on a stated datum, so installers are not guessing.
  3. Certification scope — the marks that apply in your market, listed per model rather than as a blanket claim.
  4. Finish consistency — the same finish across faucet and matched basin if you are bundling, and a stated minimum per finish.
  5. Flow and compliance — the flow rate your destination market requires, agreed before tooling, not after.
  6. Trade terms — OEM and ODM minimums, tooling charges and lead times confirmed per order rather than assumed.

Market naming, certification and flow rate

The name. North American buyers ask for a vessel sink faucet. In the UK and much of Europe the same product is a tall basin mixer or a high-rise basin tap. Same fixture, different words — and different rules per market. So one factory can be your vessel sink faucet manufacturer in North America and your tall basin faucet manufacturer in Europe: the tooling is the same, only the paperwork changes.

MarketWhat buyers ask forOur status
FranceACS (materials in contact with drinking water)ACS certified
Other EU countriesNational approvals vary — DVGW in Germany, KIWA in the Netherlands, WRAS in the UKCE. Tell us your country and we will confirm what applies.
North AmericacUPC to ASME A112.18.1 / CSA B125.1, low-lead to NSF/ANSI 372cUPC in progress

Certificates are issued per model. Certificate library: https://www.aimfaucet.com/certificates/

The flow rate. State the destination market at the start of the project. It sets the flow rate as well as the certification.

  • United States — federal maximum 2.2 gpm at 60 psi. WaterSense labelled faucets are limited to 1.5 gpm.
  • California, Washington and Hawaii — 1.2 gpm for residential lavatory faucets.
  • Several other states, Colorado among them — 1.5 gpm.
  • Canada — 1.2 gpm for private lavatory faucets, for products manufactured on or after 1 July 2026. The faucet must also carry an energy efficiency verification mark from an SCC-accredited certification body, and the importer files an energy efficiency report.
  • A lower flow also means less splash in a shallow bowl.

You can buy the faucet and the basin from two suppliers, but you carry the mismatch risk. Buying both from one factory means the clearance is checked before production instead of discovered on site.

FAQ

Is a tall basin mixer the same as a vessel sink faucet?

Yes. It is the name used in the UK and Europe for the same fixture. Certification and flow rate are set per market, so tell us your destination market.

What certifications do your vessel sink faucets carry?

We hold ACS and CE, and cUPC is in progress. Certificates are issued per model — tell us the model number and the market and we will confirm coverage.

What is your MOQ, sampling time and tooling cost?

MOQ is 50 to 300 pcs for ODM and 300 to 3,000 pcs for OEM, depending on the product type and on whether the finish is a PVD color. A sample order takes 7 to 15 days. Handle and base changes usually use existing tooling; changing spout height, reach or outlet angle needs a new mold and carries a tooling fee.

Send us these five numbers

  1. Destination market — sets certification and flow rate
  2. Bowl rim height and bowl diameter, or the bowl model
  3. Hole position — A (to the near rim edge) and B (to the drain center)
  4. Mounting — single hole, three hole with a deck plate, or wall-mounted (single or two hole)
  5. Deck thickness and hole diameter

Plus the finish, quantity, target price and packaging.

Request dimensions, drawings or samples

If you are building a vessel sink faucet line or specifying faucets for a project, send us your specification: target market, bowl model or dimensions, finish, quantity and target price. We will come back with the models that fit and a dimension drawing for each.
