In hard water areas, installing a water softener is recommended to reduce limescale buildup.

A: Yes, the riser pipe is adjustable. By loosening the fixing bracket, you can adjust the position of the handheld shower holder according to user height. The riser pipe is approximately 90-100cm in total length with an adjustable range of about 60cm, suitable for users 150cm-200cm tall. The rain showerhead position is fixed; recommended installation height is 200-220cm from the floor.
